Linea Cremonese is a new line of products from Magister
incorporating primer, sealer, ground, and varnishes formulated to
enhance each others' qualities. The primer is the easiest of
the Magister primers to apply evenly and offers an increased dichroic
effect on both spruce and maple. It also has a more neutral golden
color. The varnishes produce flexible but tough varnish films
with unequalled clarity and a dense smooth surface texture. They can
be applied with a brush and pad-printed to perfection about 20 to 30
minutes after application. Linea Cremonese varnishes can be mixed with
Vernice Liquida varnishes to produce varnishes with intermediary
qualities, but they should not be alternated (layer for layer) with
pure Vernice Liquida or any other varnish.The dissimilar drying characteristics could cause problems.
